Don't just stand back and watch! The Navy needs good leaders at all levels. Even as a recruit you will have the opportunity to step up and take a leadership role as a Recruit Petty Officer or other designated recruit job. Leadership is the practical application of the Navy's Core Values. So put what you've learned to work. You will be challenged, but your hard work will not go unnoticed.
