The Basic Naval Orientation (BNO) staff is responsible for teaching you various classroom topics during your training. The lessons are taught by an instructor in a group-paced classroom setting or self-paced by Computer Based Training. Classes are taught to two recruit divisions at a time. Lesson topics are taught according to the division's day of training.
