To obtain course quota, select "Obtain Quota" link below. Fill in all appropriate information. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address specified by the applicant. Orders from local commands do NOT constitute an approved quota.
STUDENTS WITHOUT QUOTAS WILL BE SENT HOME.

Save the PDF to your hard drive, complete the form and save. Attach the completed form to an email and send the email to the DCO Quota Control Officer: dco@navy.mil
Prior to filling out your NROWS, you will need a Billet Control number from OTC.

In order to confirm the student's class seat, all prospective DCO Students shall fax, 401-841-6632; or email their orders to the DCO Admin Office (dco@navy.mil) no later than 2 weeks prior to their class convening date.
