STEP 1:  Download this file to the machine that JUMS is currently running on.

STEP 2:  Double click this file and extract the zipped files to your JUMS Program InBox Folder

STEP 3:  Reboot your computer to ensure that any existing windows links to JUMS are cancelled.

Ensure you select the correct file in the following step as you may have more than one Smiley Face program in your InBox!

STEP 4:  Double-Click the Smiley Face "V342P44.EXE" icon located in your JUMS Program INBOX folder and follow the directions on the screen.

JUMS Installation

JUMS 3.4.1 Installation program.  If you already have JUMS loaded you should use one of the Update files listed above.

Installs JUMS 3.4.1 Patch 37. Does Not Include Patch 44.  In order to ensure your JUMS is current you will need to download and run Patch 44 (See Above) after completing the Install.  Sorry for the inconvenience but "JUMS Installation for 3.4.2 will not be available for the foreseeable future.

You must perform the Installation Setup prior to installing JUMS in order to ensure JUMS will install correctly.   View Setup Instructions

NOTE: NEW UNITS MAY NOT SHOW UP ON THE "ACTIVATION PAGE" DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. IF YOU CANNOT FIND YOUR UNIT ON THE "ACTIVATION SCREEN" DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS YOU SHOULD SELECT THE "TEST UNIT" APPLICABLE TO YOUR AREA IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. THE NEXT PATCH SUBSEQUENT TO THE INSTALLATION WILL GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO SELECT THE CORRECT UNIT IF NECESSARY.

This file attempts several different methods for decrypting your Salary Report file and creating a correct .PDF file.  Most of the problems encountered in decrypting the report have occurred due to non-Tranet email processes that indiscriminately add or delete various formatting in the report when saving the report to disk.  You only need this file if you are unable to import your salary report utilizing the option located on the Main JUMS Window File Menu
